Vaccinations for staff and residents at senior living facilities in Lexington have begun.
Much of the staff and residents at Friendship Towers at Sayre Christian Village have already received their vaccinations.
Kentuckians who are at least 70 years old, as well as first responders and educators, are among the Phase 1b priority group to receive their vaccination. The distribution schedule for Phase 1b was slated to begin by early February.
